Mullioned Windows

Medieval, fifteenth century (restored in the twentieth century)

The mullioned windows on the first floor are the oldest architectural elements of the palace. The lintel, with its pointed three-foiled arches, indicates that they were built in the late fifteenth century, although only two of the original group window have survived, the rest having been replaced during restoration work in the mid twentieth century.
